Candy has been in the recruitment industry since Oct 2000, accumulating more than 10 years of experience till date. Her past experiences include being a Principal Consultant in a leading executive search firm, as well as spearheading a new branch as Branch Manager for a listed Recruitment Group.

Although she only joined People Profilers in 2019, Candy’s past experiences and connections make her someone her peers look up to. She currently leads a team of recruiters covering an extensive range of industries, namely corporate functions, Sales & Marketing, IT & Engineering & Logistics and supply-chain. Her primary focus is on mid to senior-level management positions.

The recruitment industry today faces the issue of passive job seekers, meaning that they rarely respond to job advertisements. Candy tackles this by tapping into her strong network and database. Finding the right fit is especially challenging, and requires both the depth and breadth of one’s expertise to make the unique match. With her warm and amicable demeanour and her wealth of knowledge about a variety of industries, Candy checks all the boxes.

Besides her good sense and strong network, Candy is also an extremely diligent worker. She makes sure to follow through the process of connecting the employee to employer, even after successful closure. Constantly keeping communication channels open to both client and candidate allows her to efficiently and effectively respond to their needs whenever it is necessary.
