Matthew graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (2nd Upper Honors) in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore, and was a personal banker at a leading bank before starting his entrepreneurial journey in recruitment.
He founded People Profilers in 2002 as a sole proprietor, before upgrading the business to a private limited liability company in 2006. Matthew is great as a business owner and has trained some very successful consultants over the years.
His vision is to make People Profilers the preferred talent management organization for all of their clients.
